Each year our parents will need to fill out an ADDitions Online Application in order to volunteer in the classroom, chaperone field trips and helping with class parties. Please click on the link below to go to the OCPS website and fill out your application. If you have previously completed an application, then your information will be filled in. You will need to review and finish filling out the form and submit. If you plan on chaperoning a classroom field trip, you will need to complete the online application and print off the chaperone application. The chaperone application once you have filled it out can be turned in to your child’s teacher for approval. A new chaperone application will need to be filled out after the Winter Break each year
