OCPS Stellar Awards – Celebrating Excellence

On Friday, January 30, the Orange County Public Schools community will gather at the Rosen Shingle Creek for the annual Stellar Awards, an event dedicated to honoring outstanding staff who exemplify the highest standards in supporting all of our students. This year, more than 500 stellar educators and school & district support staff will be celebrated for their dedication and impact, including 19 exceptional finalists who stood out among their peers.

Welcome to NorthLake Park Community School!
Welcome to NorthLake Park Community School for an exciting school year. Our motto, "Family Matters," reflects our commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive community. As we embark on this journey together, I am thrilled to share some important information about our school.

Our Dress Code
Our dress code was thoughtfully agreed upon by the community at the conception of the school. It reflects our shared values and commitment to fostering a respectful and focused learning environment.

Faculty and Staff
We are proud to have a great team of faculty and staff dedicated to providing the best education for our students. Our teaching staff is one of the best in Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), and their hard work and dedication have helped us achieve an A grade.

Ron Clark House System
We are excited to implement the Ron Clark system for Houses. Each student will become a part of a House, which they will remain in for their entire stay at NLP. This system fosters a sense of belonging and community among students. On Tuesday, students will wear their House shirts with pride.

Kindergarten Colors
On Wednesdays, we support our kindergarteners in learning their colors. This initiative helps our youngest students build a strong foundation for their educational journey.
